As of June 2, 2021, bitcoin cash is the fourth largest cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization with 5.40% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization, compared to bitcoin's 37.94%. (MarketWatch. June 3, 2021.) Like bitcoin, bitcoin cash is not used widely as a means of payment, but is mainly traded as a means of speculation. Crypto currency

Cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency that uses cryptography to secure and verify transactions as well as to control the creation of new units. Cryptocurrencies operate independently of a central bank and use decentralized systems, such as blockchain, to record transactions and manage the issuance of new units. Bitcoin, created in 2009, was the first decentralized cryptocurrency and is still the most well-known and widely used.

CRYPTOCURRENCY FOR DUMMIES.

Cryptocurrency is a digital money. Instead of physical coins or bills, it's a type of virtual currency that exists only in electronic form. It uses a technology called blockchain to keep track of who owns how much of it and to make sure transactions are secure. Here's a simple breakdown: Digital: Cryptocurrency exists only in computers. You can't hold it in your hand like regular money. Decentralized: It's not controlled by a central authority, like a government or a bank. Instead, a network of

Why Growing Your Crypto Passive Income is So Important TODAY!

If you have been following me for any duration of time, you will probably already know that my two favorite things are bitcoin and also growing my passive income. Bitcoin in my opinion, is the best way to save your money and gives you a real chance at growing your wealth. Something that is near impossible to do from just saving cash; as it's a monumental task for most people to outpace inflation. And then we have passive income, the thing that might help you to escape from your 9 to 5 job. Or at the very least, give you a little more breathing room with your finances, making life much less stressful. My personal goal that I have set for myself is to retire as soon as possible.

The 3 Types Of Crypto Users

I was inspired to write this by the recent moon event we saw with FARM. Price shot up nearly 300% in a 7 day timespan due to a bevvy of updates from the devs and a surprise Coinbase listing that has brought all sorts of new eyes to the Harvest Finance platform. With that notoriety has come a wave of new faces in the Harvest Community Discord.

Bitcoin Pushing to Break Wedge, Gathering Momentum After Consolidation

Bitcoin is trading higher for the fourth consecutive day, it's longest winning streak since April of this Year. Price continues to hold inside the wedge and within the more general arc we've previously described in these pages. We expect a major move out of the arc, considering timing and the slight upturn on the MACD, the current momentum favors the bulls coming out of the arc on a bullish break out of the wedge. Bears can point to flat and declining volume trends to support a break below $28,800.

US Treasury reiterates that the IRS won't consider crypto miners, stakers or coders to be brokers

In a letter to a group of senators, the Treasury has said that it does not plan to treat miners and stakers as brokers for the purposes of tax reporting. The concern comes after the Infrastructure Bill left such determinations up to the Treasury. In a February 11 letter seen by The Block, the Treasury reassured six concerned senators that it did not plan to treat crypto miners, stakers and wallet providers as brokers for tax purposes.
