Dinner With John

John and I had a conversation ahead of my birthday, during which we reflected on our journey and the transformations we've experienced. We also discussed the state of the nation, noting the recent civil strife and unrest, and shared our thoughts on the future of the country. NOTE: the space below is limited for details, but I have tried to capture the essence of our conversation.

Smile... A facade

He walked down the street. Shoulders held high and a song on his lips. Looking Serene, thoughtful and alive. His starch pressed clothes gave a sense of class. Heads kept turning with everyone he passed. Oh what happy guy! They thought and sighed. His heart so burdened but yet still beating. His mind so troubled but yet he kept moving. His mood so shaky but he still put up a front. No one else knew, but his creator. And yet we all assume , all smiles show happiness.

Memories

MEMORIES I lowered myself into my chair as I pressed my pen shakily on the 5th page of my diary. It is true when they say that memories last a lifetime and hunt us forever. There were so many uncertainties going through my mind but if I was ever going to let go, I have to tell this story. The weather was mild and cold. I could feel the breeze as it rippled through my new school uniforms. I was only 12 but I could pass for a 10-year-old. It looked like it would rain anytime soon. As I walked my w

CROWN YOUR FELLOW BEAUTIFUL...

Crown your fellow woman beautiful, don't talk her down simply because you are married and she's not, that your husband is richer than hers, that you have kids and she doesn't, that you made it in life and she's still struggling should never give you reasons to talk your fellow woman down. Crown her the queen that she is even when you know that you're higher than her. No woman is ugly, no woman is useless. Jealousy, envy and hatred has entered into your heart to destroy a woman like you. Love her

Words...

Words can never be reality... The man who knows that life and death takes place in every breath, then also knows that reality can not be words, neither imaginations nor past present, neither it can be intellect.... Strong words may stir the heart of foolish superficial men, but the reality is never dependent on words...

The Essence...

I am tired of searching for essence in the maze of bodily sensations... I feel so lost when I come back from any experience of objects and subjects... Where is the essence in those rigid formations... The turbulent energy waves of the body flung me high up in the air and made me fall hard on the ground next moment.... Yet again and again I forsake the essence in order to get the momentary satisfaction... Deep down everything tells me "not this not this", yet I embrace every nuisance of mine in t
