Henshaw Elvin is a top performing professional with proven managerial skill, integrity & hard work; Delivering consistent contribution to strong revenue gains, increased productivity, and involved extensively in crafting business growth strategies in the Fintech, Renewable Energy, Real Estate and  Agriculture  eco-system through strong leadership skills, good business acumen, and excellent network .

He is a graduate of Accounting from the University of  Calabar   and   holds   a  Masters   in   Business   Administration  (MBA) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He   has   a   robust   experience,   skills   and   capabilities   with   enviable record of achievement spanning over 20 year in Business Developments & Marketing, Credit Risk Management, Commercial , Retail and mortgage banking,

culminating in his appointment as Managing Director of Crossover Mortgage Bank in 2011, having earlier worked in various   capacity   with   Niger   Delta   Mortgage   Bankers,   Omegabank Plc, Omegasavings and loans limited and Finbank Plc.  
He is currently the Managing Director of Angala Financial Technologies Limited, and also a Director in Japtini Logistics Limited, Japtini Food & Retail Limited and Japtini Energy Limited.

Mr. Henshaw is a licensed Risk Management consultant and a Distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (FCILRM) and also doubles as the patron  of the Rivers state chapter of the institution. He is also a Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria(NIMN).He has attended many courses within and outside Nigeria on Risk Management,

Credit   Administration,   Anti-Money   Laundering, Leadership and Change Management, Mortgage Financing, Strategic Planning and Business Development.He is married, and has three children.
