culminating in his appointment as Managing Director of Crossover Mortgage Bank in 2011, having earlier worked in various capacity with Niger Delta Mortgage Bankers, Omegabank Plc, Omegasavings and loans limited and Finbank Plc. He is currently the Managing Director of Angala Financial Technologies Limited, and also a Director in Japtini Logistics Limited, Japtini Food & Retail Limited and Japtini Energy Limited.

Mr. Henshaw is a licensed Risk Management consultant and a Distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (FCILRM) and also doubles as the patron of the Rivers state chapter of the institution. He is also a Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria(NIMN).He has attended many courses within and outside Nigeria on Risk Management,
