This is a secretive cloth weared in traditional..cultural gathering eg it can be weared by the Bride in marriage cultual ceremonies here in the country of Papua New Guinea. The tapa cloth is made and design from the bark of a special tree here in the Province of Northern here in Papua New Guinea. The bark of the tree is not found in any Part of the world but is only found here in Papua New Guinea

The respect that is given by the people of Popondetta is respected also from other Provinces of Papua New Guinea.
