YOU OWE ME ATTITUDE. Entitlement Mentality is what is dealing with most people in their friendship and relationships. 

Entitlement Mentality is define as a sense of deserving or being owed a favor when little or nothing has been done to deserve that special treatment. This kind of entitlement is a narcissistic personality trait, what I mean here is people who need a lot of attention from others also don't value others feelings, ideas or needs (are mostly selfish and boastful).

As I advance in life , I have learned not to expect alot from people because they owe me nothing. The more I feel entitled to people the more I will feel hurt and unhappy. Why then should I tied my happiness to people. Why will you tell people how to treat you, why do you feel superior to others, we are all human beings.

I heard a lady in a video saying she is going to delete all her contact simply because they didn't celebrate her on her birthday, wow. I believe she will be sad through out the day , instead of her to celebrate and be happy because God have added another year to her years but rather she chose to be unhappy. Entitlement Mentality is really bad , having this kind of thinking can affect your personal and professional relationship.

With this every aspect of your life suffer including your career. I have observed that this kind of people are very confident, can be interview well and land their dream jobs . But often lack team spirit and avoid problem solving in workplace. Most of the decisions an entitle person makes are self-serving.
