COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT THE END OF THE CONGRESS OF EBONYI STATE COUNCIL OF NIGERIA UNION OF JOURNALISTS (NUJ), HELD AT DR. SAM EGWU PRESS CENTRE, ABAKALIKI ON WEDNESDAY JUNE 28, 2023. By Ikwo son.
