Near yet so far
To the land of hope,a journey.
Within my strength, a snail's stride.
Embracing the thorns as the journey
Unfolds,on a slow but furious ride.
My flesh bleeds bitterly
Sailing through the broken glasses
That which illuminates brightly
The path of the fulfilled wishes
Having sighted the land of vision
I exhale merrily,a sigh of relief
That a thousand mile mission
Will surely come to an end,my belief
For it's near,yet so far it seems
Getting there the struggle continues
