UNICAL PHILOSOPHY STUDENT, DANIEL EHIS AIGUOHKIAN, GWR WRITE-A-THON ICON CONGRATULATES AND SIGNS ON

In an unprecedented display of camaraderie and creativity, Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian, a Philosophy student of the University of Calabar (UNICAL), has etched his name in the annals of history by setting a new Guinness World Record for the longest continuous writing time. On Saturday, 21st October, 2023, immediately after a visit with his team to the Cross River State Broadcasting Corporation Television (CRBC TV) for a scheduled interview, Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian and his team went to the  CES Building where his senior colleagues of the Department of Philosophy were set to write their final papers.

 He waited patiently, and after their exams, The GWR Write-a-thon icon, Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian, who is a 300level philosophy student, signed on the shirts of all his senior colleagues of the Department of Philosophy.

As the curtains closed on their final exams, Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian embarked on this remarkable journey, signing messages of success and good wishes on each shirt. 

The endurance and dedication displayed by Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian  throughout this moment of solidarity showcase his commitment to fostering a spirit of unity and encouragement among his peers.

In a special moment that added to the significance of this record, Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian extended his gratitude to his colleagues for their support throughout their academic journey, expressing hope for a bright future for each one of them after school.

A highlight of this extraordinary feat was the signing on the shirt of Comrade Obasi Chinasa Juliet, the immediate past Vice President of the Students Union Government of the University of Calabar. Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian acknowledged her outstanding contributions and supports for him in his endeavours, commending her dedication and leadership.

Comrade Obasi Chinasa Juliet currently holds the prestigious position of Vice President, Internal Affairs in the Association of Nigerian Female Students. Daniel Ehis Aiguohkian took a moment to recognise her exemplary works and expressed his heartfelt wishes for her success as she ventures into the next chapter of her life beyond the university.
