The Welcome to derry series, which was announced as an inter-series of the IT film duo, which was released in 2017 and 2019, HBO and Max chairman/CEO Casey Bloys has been announced to be released on the HBO channel in 2025

The series is built as a story (Prequel) before IT movies. This is created to television by Andy Muschietti, directed by the film IT, and as usual, Bill Skarsgard will play Pennywise. it Chapter two set the stage perfectly for a prequel, leaving fans with burning questions about Pennywise origins. This upcoming series aims to answer those questions, With Andy Muschietti directing four of the nine episodes, fans can expect the same level of heart beat thump.
