The residents of Ward 10 in Calabar South, Cross River State, gathered with great enthusiasm and pride to celebrate Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar on his one-year anniversary as Chief of Staff to His Excellency, Sen. Prince Bassey Otu, the Executive Governor of Cross River State.
