The Deputy Governor’s office  in Calabar welcomed a momentous occasion as the Deputy Governor of Cross River State, Rt Hon. Peter Odey, hosted a meeting with Offiong Edem, esteemed Founder and CEO of the Offiong Edem Foundation. A beacon in the world of table tennis, Edem's visit marked an important milestone as she prepares for the 4th edition of her foundation's mini tournament.

Offiong Edem boasts an impressive career as a five-time Olympic medalist, six-time African Table Tennis Champion, and the reigning European Female Table Tennis Champion.
