CALABAR SOUTH LGA: WARD 10 APC EXECUTIVES PASS VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE ON CHAIRMAN VALENTINE EFFIOM

In a significant political development, the All Progressives Congress (APC) executives of Ward 10 in Calabar South Local Government Area, Cross River State, have unanimously passed a vote of no confidence on their ward chairman, Mr. Valentine Effiom. This decision was reached after a thorough review of findings from a disciplinary committee set up on June 23rd to investigate allegations against him.

The committee, tasked with a fact-finding mission, meticulously examined the accusations levied against Mr. Effiom. 
The results of the investigation revealed that the chairman was indeed culpable of the charges brought forward. The exact nature of the allegations has not been publicly disclosed, but the gravity of the findings prompted the executives to take decisive action.

In an official statement, the Ward 10 executives expressed their disappointment in Mr. Effiom's conduct. "We, the undersigned executives of the All Progressives Congress Ward 10, Calabar South Local Government Area, Cross River State, have painstakingly reviewed the report from the fact-finding disciplinary committee. We have noted with dismay that Valentine Effiom, who is the chairman of Ward 10, is guilty of the allegations against him," the statement read.

The executives concluded that, given the circumstances, Mr. Effiom could no longer hold the position of chairman. 
In view of the foregoing, we hereby pass a vote of no confidence on Valentine Effiom, and so he stands removed from office," the statement continued.

This development marks a critical point in the political landscape of Ward 10, as the executives move to restore integrity and trust within their ranks.
