Has anyone become millionaire by working for someone else

Several of my employees have salaries in excess of $2.6M per year. I have not asked them if they are millionaires. It's none of my business. By definition a millionaire has a Net Worth in excess of $1M. It seems to contradict the idea that you can't get rich working for someon ? e else.
