Ntseki was not a first choice coach for Kaizer Chiefs

Kaizer Chief coach Molefi Ntseki equals for the second best. The headhunted first choice was

Nasreddine Nabi from Tunisia. Unfortunately Nabi’s conditions to bring along own technical team

Kaizer chiefs appointed ntseki because change was eminent. Arthur Zwane’s was not effective and 

had to be demoted to assistance coach for under performance. Then chiefs thought aha! ‘we are 

looking too far’. Why not take someone who knows our club foundation? Previously Ntseki was 

Chiefs head of technical and youth development. The development is the winner of 53 national trophies and is the biggest brand in African club football. 

Dilemma faced by Glamor boys is a test for Nsteki’s technical skills. Ingenious mix and match of 

players required of him to yield positive results. Let say if Ntseki succeeds in bringing Chief’s out of 

gutter. This would showcase development effective flair in selecting and training.

Ntseki's development expertise makes him a not so bad candidate. Reasonably deserves a chance to scramble on the league like other teams. Already three games are played so far on DSTV PSL. Chief won none and this is a record. It can’t change. Whether they will be PSL champions or not victory depends on other team’s performance. Cup matches like MTN8 and Black label cup should be cheered and celebrated as they ramp up income.

The next league game kicks off Saturday on 26 August. It chance for glamour boys to put themselves 

on the score board and for Ntseki to proof his best.
