Kaizer Chiefs new coach struggles

Kaizer Chiefs is in need of skilled technical coach. Ntseki the current captain of the ship is the second 

best. Why I say so? The team manager headhunted  a Tunisian coach to lead. Unfortunately this couldn’t happen because of financial constraints. Is it eyebrow raising? That a fact “Glamour boys” are in financial dire strait. 

For nine seasons no tangible victory earned. This means administrative turn over shortage. Remember the Tunisian coach was not selected because he wanted to bring along his own technical team. Decision if considered would have rendering coach Zwane and others redundant. Glamour boys could not afford this as it was out of their budget. 

Now Ntseki identifies a need for strikers. Somewhat unnecessary need but relevant because of constant sustainable losses endure over previous seasons. 

I don’t think Chiefs suffers from loss ball or lame shot because no one puts it behind the net. Midfielders would have proved that the club needed goal executors. The right and left winger would have made good crosses lacking a goal header to the net. Or the forward midfielders would have made good passes that deserves to be striked to the net. 

Glamour boys trouble are analogy to a company that used to make profit and all of sudden makes loss. In this case product is Kaizer chiefs brand that should make fans happy through wins.

Aforementioned example applies to the claim of strikers needs to secure wins. Ntseki could have 

identified these opportunities that wingers make executable crosses that are not bagged. 

I don’t think glamour boys need strikers. They need more than that which is to secure wins in cup games to improve operating cost.

This would enable them to afford any kind of coach and play off seasons games in Europe just like it counterparts Orlando Pirate and Sundowns. Fans are not making cup games a priority. This is a biggest mistake. No cup no income. I am not saying league match losses are justified. Supporters have every right to be disdained but their annoyance will dig deeper to the meager Chiefs bank. 

Chiefs is Kaizer chiefs because of the league it plays. In other words PSL league rep build an image. Cups competition are a savory snack and fan ought to rejoice. People are not 

satisfied by course meal only need snacks too. 

In conclusion Glamour boys need to secure wins in cup games to have a good financial standing.
