A poem for my lonely grandmother

My dear lonely grandma,In the midst of shadows deep a heart so lonely In solitude's embrace,it finds its home  symphony of silence a melancholy song,

Loneliness a companion, the days are long. 

Echoes of laughter,a distant memory, Fading like petals in an autumnal spree. The world moves on,like a river's flow,But in this empty chamber, time moves slow. 

A candle's flicker, a dimming light, A solitary star in the vast expanse of night.The heartache blooms like a withered rose,in a garden of memories where no one goes. 

The moon weeps silver tears in the sky,Matching the tears that the heart can't deny.Whispers of the past, they haunt the mind,A treasure trove of moments left behind. 

Footsteps echo in empty halls,Voices linger as ghostly calls.Aching for connection, yearning for touch,Loneliness, a burden,it hurts so much. 

A solitary figure against the fading sun,Seeking solace in dreams where two hearts become one.But dreams are fleeting like grains of sand Slipping through fingers,like an hourglass's commandi n the crowd yet forever apart, 

An ache deep within a shattered heart a painting of emotions shades of blue, Loneliness paints a canvas so true. 

Words unspoken stories untold, In the realm of solitude the heart's left cold.The tapestry of life a threadbare seam Woven with moments like fragments of a dream. 

Raindrops tap against the windowpane A melancholic rhythm a heart's silent pain. Seeking refuge in memories embrace Loneliness,tears at the soul's fragile grace. 

But even in sadness beauty resides In the depths of emotion where the heart abides.For in loneliness embrace a strength is found,A resilience to weather the storm that's unbound. 

And as the sun dips below the horizon's line,the heart finds a glimmer,a reason to shine.Though loneliness lingers,its grip may relent For the human spirit is remarkably resilient. 

So let tears flow like a river's tide as loneliness and sorrow gently collide.For in the depths of despair,we often find the power to heal and the strength to bind. 

500 words have passed, a tapestry of pain, Yet within these verses,a flicker of hope remains.Loneliness may linger,but it does not define,for human hearts are resilient.
