In a world where mysteries and occult phenomena seem to reign supreme, it is easy for men to succumb to the fascination of omnipotence.  Stories of supernatural powers and beings with extraordinary abilities can awaken in us a temptation to believe that we too are capable of anything.  However, it is crucial to realize that this omnipotence is not absolute, that it has its own limits and that men must be aware of them.  A stark example of this error in judgment can be seen in police officer Mumbuki, whose arrogance and confidence in his ability to manipulate events lead him to unintended and dangerous consequences.
