Kenyan teachers have since been complaining to their boss Dr. Nancy Macharia the TSC CEO and their union leaders: Dr. Akello Misori of KUPPET and Collins Oyuu of KNUT for engaging into CBA talks without extending an invitation to teachers.
The last CBA was non- monetary and teachers were never happy about it despite union leaders embracing it.

Tsc boss has heed to the decree of teachers by extending an invitation to teachers to attend the next CBA meeting scheduled on  22/8/2023
Through a letter dated 15/8/2023. 
Teachers Will for the first time in history have the platform to table their grievances to their boss directly without passing through their tumbocrat union leaders.
