A haunting darkness engulfing my every plight.

I navigate the labyrinth of my mind's demise.

Depression's grip, so cruel and relentless,

Silences my voice, leaving me defenseless.

In this world of vibrant colors and light,

I am trapped in a realm devoid of delight.

The smiles around me, like distant echoes,

As I embark on this solitary path, torn apart.

The weight upon my shoulders, an unbearable burden,

An endless cycle of despair I cannot burden.

Now bring no solace, no hope, no delighting.

For the darkness within overshadows it all,

Leaving me to struggle, to stumble and fall.

I yearn for respite, for a glimmer of hope,

Yet, the shackles of depression hold me tight,

I find a whisper of strength, a flicker of bliss.

In the depths of my anguish, courage emerges,

A beacon of hope, lighting my inner surges.

Through the tears and the pain, I find my voice,

A resounding cry, screaming for a better choice.

To transform this darkness into a radiant glow.
