Soto Solo is a traditional dish from Solo, Central Java, Indonesia. It is a typical Indonesian soup consisting of a richly spiced chicken broth, usually served with pieces of chicken meat, boiled eggs, potatoes, bean sprouts, and fried shallots as garnish.
