Being 185 cm in height and 86kg in weight, Ali Selim is an impressive figure in the ring. He started his training at a young age and quickly showed a natural talent for boxing. He was encouraged by his family-father specially to pursue his passion for boxing.

In the year 2019, when Ali Selim was just 16, he won the title of Egyptian WBS with a remarkable record of 7 wins by 7 knockouts.
