Take a deep slow conscious breath. Hold it for 10 seconds. Release it. Again do it twice. Did you feel the calmness that comes with just a deep breathe? I know you do.Majority of the time when we are under stress and pressure, we don't think straight and clearly because our brains wants this and that done. That is just what I have noticed among my colleagues, competitors, friends and family for the 25 years I have been on this planet. Maybe it is a little different on other planets(someone can testify). So this is what works for me and I know it will work for you. Just relax, close yours eyes and take a few deep breaths. Your body and mind will feel at ease and you become poised. After that, you will find solutions to the most simple tasks that bothered you in the first place.
