BREEEATHE
Take a deep slow conscious breath. Hold it for 10 seconds. Release it. Again do it twice. Did you feel the calmness that comes with just a deep breathe? I know you do.Majority of the time when we are under stress and pressure, we don't think straight and clearly because our brains wants this and that done. That is just what I have noticed among my colleagues, competitors, friends and family for the 25 years I have been on this planet. Maybe it is a little different on other planets(someone can t
