Healing not linear
Healing is not linear. Someday you feel like the whole world is unbearable and you want to stay asleep. Another day you want to talk to every human you meet. Someday you are not okay with sitting alone and other days you're having fun on your own. One day you feel like you cannot forget or forgive anyone who caused you pain. Another day you feel at ease with all what you passed through. Someday you feel traumatized and you get flashbacks. Other days you just smile at how strong you really are.
