Obviously almost everything I want to say is in the poem already. The Inner Terrorist is a poem of reflection and being honest with oneself. Many are suffering from imposed temptations that they hardly talk about, it's fine if you want to hide it, but for how long? And I pray that God gives you the the strength to overcome it. Everyone is above tempting, but if it holds you, it's a firm grip. And unfortunately I am a victim.

Drich The Poet

And de-capitalize me for pleasure's sake.

One turn around and it’s an old lady in rotten clothes 

Devours my moral upright and condemns me to regret and guilt.

Mounted on the very volatile lobe of my soul.

Potentially it is the desire of our flesh

Concentrated in me is the hazardous habits 

I would become an enemy of God and an advocate for the Devil

But in the meantime, it’s the best thing for me.

 It's my wish that I would outlive this fate
