Heart-breaking Violence in a Dark Night

On the evening of November 25, 2023, something extraordinary happened in the small town of Sialkot. It was a night that will always be remembered by the residents of Zinda Ban Said pur Road. On that fateful night, Muhammad Tayyab, a JCO at Rescue 1122 Control Room in Sialkot, received a call at 17:15 from a distressed caller.

Without wasting any time, JCO Tayyab spoke to the caller and confirmed the location. Upon receiving the call, Atif Mustafa, a dedicated member of the Rescue 1122 team, immediately left on his bike ambulance towards the place of emergency. Despite the distance of 12 km, Atif managed to reach the emergency site in just 9 minutes.

Upon arrival, Atif found himself in a chaotic and violent situation. It was not an ordinary emergency, but a frightening scene of brutality in the dark night. Two individuals were in critical condition, one of whom was covered in blood from head to toe and the other was unconscious. It was a distressing sight that would haunt anyone.

However, Atif remained calm and focused. He took charge of the situation and quickly assessed the patients' condition. With his quick thinking and expertise, Atif was able to remove the violent crowd from the scene and provide lifesaving first aid to the patients. He skillfully managed the IV line for one patient and attended to the other patient's fracture.

In addition to saving the patients' lives, Atif also called for police and ambulance to ensure law and order and the safe transfer of the patients to the hospital. His prompt actions and efficient handling of the situation were witnessed by the local residents and the violent crowd. And what happened next was truly heartwarming.

As the news of Atif's heroic actions spread, the people chanted "Rescue 1122 Zindabad" and "Thank you Sir" for Atif and his organization. It was an overwhelming and unusual show of gratitude towards the Rescue 1122 team. And after the successful rescue operation, Atif returned to his designated duty station, proudly representing the professionalism and dedication of Rescue 1122.

The events of that evening not only highlighted the importance of emergency services like Rescue 1122 but also showcased the bravery and humanity of its team members. Atif's actions on that night have set an example for others to follow and have earned him the respect and gratitude of his community.
