Qatar has already planned stadiums.
Stadium 974 was the first football stadium to be built from containers and the last match there was played between Brazil and South Korea on 5 December.
974 shipping containers have been used to build this stadium inspired by Lego blocks.
The shipping containers and seats used for this will now be removed, but it is not yet clear when the process will begin.
Unique technologies used in the Football World Cup in Qatar
Lucille Stadium will host the World Cup final and at the end of the tournament, the stadium will be transformed into a community centre, housing schools, shops, cafes, medical centers and other facilities.
Al Bait Stadium will be converted into a five-star hotel, shopping mall and sports medicine center.
Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium and Al-Janoob Stadium will be reserved for local football clubs.
How much prize money will be given to the winning team of Football World Cup 2022?
Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium will be the center of Al Rayan Club while Al Warqa Club will play at Al Janob Stadium.
The Khalifa International Stadium will continue to be used for international football events in the future and will host the 2026 World Cup qualifying matches.
Some of the stadiums will be used for the Asia Cup scheduled in January 2024.
It is also possible that Stadium 974 will be rebuilt for the Asia Cup.
Qatar also needs venues to host the 2030 Asian Games.
