FICTIONAL STORY (READ FOR FUN)

 My Girlfriend and I have been dating for at least Three years now. Although we are no more kids, I am 30 while she is 27 years old. We somehow decided to get married after she suddenly claim she is four weeks gone(pregnant) she insisted on not aborting after many hours of persuading her. I was just a low salary earner earning ₦15,000 monthly. On her accolades we agreed to meet her parent who were unknown to me.

We set for the Journey without me informing any of my family members nor close relatives (including friends)

We traveled on Bus, the journey lasted for at least 8 hours before getting to the ideal destination. We were welcomed to her parent house late in the night. The house seems suspicious and traditionalist but since the journey was stressful I couldn't say a word to Deborah (my girlfriend). I was starving since we didn't eat anything on our way coming here.We were served dinner consisting of Fufu with Egusi soup I consumed the food as if i was being pursued, although I barely manage to finish 4 big wraps of the Fufu 😋.

We later went to bed for the reasons of our visitation would be made know to them the next day.

At around 1:00 am in the midnight I suddenly wake up from from sleep and I couldn't find my girlfriend beside me. I decided to look for her but my body refused to partner with my brain,I tried moving my hand but all to no avail even my leg was paralyzed at that moment suddenly I heard a sort of charisma traditional wailing incantation in form of singing directly coming from the main Sitting room. The bed I was laying on began sinking suddenly I began sinking in a pool of blood, I cried out but my mouth refuse to open up. Oh God even my voice failed me when I needed it the most as I was struggling with the pool of blood I wake up

Ohhh it was a dream the dream was scary but at the same time I was happy it was just a dream
