Some people will say tech is not for everyone, but how true? Ever thought of asking them why? Okay, I understand. Tech is not for everyone as not everyone will be a front end developer, UI/UX designer and the like, but believe it or leave it, the way the world is revolving so fast, everyone need to be technologically inclined.

Let consider this “As every responsible person, you really want to find your dream job irrespective of the courses you study in the university right?” The question here is do you have any skills because Jobs nowadays are so competitive.

More so, as a Nigerian student we all know the education system isn’t designed to prepare us for the real world out there, and it’s no longer news that there is no job out there even with your first or second class certificate.

A was chanced to attend this webinar where the quest speaker said “Your certificate only get you to the interview, your skills get you the job” hmm, isn’t that deep. Indeed, it’s. Below are some reason you should consider a career in tech.

Day in, day out, the reason keep growing because the tech industry is also fast-raising.

Tech is the future and the Future is tech, so, we all have to be technologically inclined in this fast rising world.

It’s not something new that technology is taking over the future, everything we do revolve around technology. Believe it or leave it, we live, dive and whine in technology.

Some decades ago, if you want to do a video coverage, you need a camera man and a pilot to make his work easier and less time-consuming, but now tech has advance, all you need is just a drone and your work is done. And come to think of it, the way it’s advancing, things will surely change in some years to come. This alone gives you why you need to consider a career in tech.

There are a lot of careers in tech, those mentioned above are just some out of it. And what is more exciting about career path in tech is that each path have a lot of specialization which you can look into. Isn’t that amazing?

More so, you’ll be able to balance between work, social life, and martial life to anything without taking stress. Now the question is who wouldn’t want such a life. So, you need to reconsider and look into a career in tech.

It offers high degree of mobility, i.e. it enables you to easily move from your jobs and companies.

Also, it helps you to achieve a bit of highly sought-after work-life balance you have been craving for.
