 The first thought of school, learner's who have burden of their family issues like poorness,death of main earner etc. They have pressure to run their family additionally pressure of studies. So they decide to do part time work to fill full their family needs like cloths, food and some other expenses. Therefore, they face dearth of time for study. Hence, They score low marks and less chance of job. 

 To conclude, study while work is a serious problem and need to be tackled on a war foot.

Otherwise, literacy rate would be decreased besides it gives negative impact on economy .
