PROLOGUE

The wall has become an accomplice of both bad and good deeds, blocking all views from the happenings behind it, keeping the secrets and mysteries away from world and the door becoming the key that lock it away. But also the only key to unlock it.

       The cloud was dark and unsettled. Heavy rain pour down on thousands of skulls. The deafening screams, painful tears and horror of the people filled the air as  the vampires attacked every single hospitals in the country. A powerful man has prophecied that the choosen babies who shall end the tyranny and the existence of vampires shall be born on that particular day which result to the killing of new born babies,the pregnant women been murdered brutally  ,sounds and  exposure of cars involved in an accident provides more victims. The mothers ran with the determination of saving the lives of their babies. Suddenly,the cries of the babies echoed,shooking the earth ,the venomous canine of Lord ,the leaders of the vampires stared into the eyes of the babies with a dangerous smirk,then the rain stopped and the prophecy man disappeared.

CHAPTER ONE

Vanessa stood a bit away from her father. She is a girl with a brown wavy hair and blue eyes. Her father is a man in his early forties, he's a bald man with a recommended eye glass the one he never took off. The only thing they have in common is the height. Both father and daughter are tall. Vanessa is in her school uniform,a blue short pleating skirt that reaches her thigh. Her white blouse has a collar with blue toe, her blouse is stocked in the skirt and she didn't forget to wear her white stocking and have her black shoes well polished.

"how will you give me injections when am not sick nor injured, moreover if I am ,I will head over to the hospital and you", Vanessa yelled feeling frustrated.

"It's for your good Vanessa,if I don't do this nobody will",

She looked at the green substance with him and replied,"you are not a doctor dad,why should I allow you to keep injecting me?",

"It's for your safety",he replied

"my safety?,how can a mere injection protect me?,I will never,I mean never let that substance into me again",

She ran out before he could even get hold of her. Paul was quite disappointed. He sighed.

"you're late again today",

"you can't blame her,I bet her dad is at it again, isn't it",

"you are right and I'm tired",

"Probably you should stay away for sometime", Veronica suggested,

"you can stay with me",Lissa added,

"I can't stay with you forever",Vanessa said,

""that's true though",Vero said,

Vanessa looked at her wrist to check the time,"he even made me forget my wrist watch",

"how about this, anytime you get home and he isn't back from work yet, you should lock the door from behind and leave as early as possible the next day or what did you think Vero",

"I support that. Make it hard for him to see you",

Venessa sighed tiredly,"I hope it works out,am really tired of injections",

They went into the class and took their seats.

 The bullies of the class,Jack and his friends proceed to where Vanessa and Lissa are sitting to make jest of Lissa's name by calling her 'lizard' and making her a laughing stock in the class. Just at the moment, Vanessa sighted the vice principal passing through. She smirked and ran towards him, reporting what's going on. The v.p caught them in the act and was very annoyed,he embarrassed them and then decided to punish them. Jack tried to give excuses but the strict v.p shunned him,

"Sir.. we're....",

"keep quiet,you are all going to be punished. Now go find yourself a bin each,I want the whole school environment clean,now get out",

Jack and his friends went out of the class,they were annoyed and vowed to get back at Vanessa.

Class A is a science class,the class was quiet as the students listened attentively to Mr God Will,the mathematics teacher. He is a tall man who is always neatly dressed and friendly. He is a man who claimed to be his early thirties but he looks more like he's in his early twenties . He is one of the best teachers in the school and he's loved by the students. He wrote a question on the white board,

"I want a volunteer from each roll to come out and solve this problem",he said

Some students were reluctant because the question was unlike the examples he gave them. Some students volunteered,part of them is a girl called Mary. She's a proud girl who always claim to knows it all. Max didn't just volunteered but because he knows Mary won't get the answer and so he would be the last person to solve it and embarasse her, and truly no one got the answer right and the students laughed at Mary as she proudly solve nonsense on the board.

Mr Godwill smiled and looked at Max,"still want to solve it",

Max smiled back,he was the most daring guy in Class A. Max turned to the students and said

,"there's an error in the question", everyone looked surprised

"a surd can never have a decimal number placed on its root,so it has no workings or solution as the answer is 'impossible",

"Please I need a thunderous applaud for him"Mr Godwill order. After the applaud he said,"that's wonderful and shook hands with him and then call it a day. Immediately he left the class,the students began to make noise and some even went out of the class. Mary stood up and went to Max with her three friends looking annoyed.

"I know you did that on purpose but I won't spare you",she said angrily,

Max and his friends burst into laughter. Max and his friends are amour proper and also respect those who respect themselves. One of Max friends, Collins,the most handsome and charming guy in the class said,

" that's lucid, you can leave",he said nonchalantly making Mary more embarrassed. She eyed them and stormed away and they burst into another round of laughter.

"she's really stupid",John said with a smirk.
