Arrogance between our generation

I would like to tab into this whole issue we are facing that we try by all means to turn a blind eye on. And issue of men and women who are arrogant, my point is people think men when they are arrogant they are wrong but when tables are turned we turn to say it’s normal. Why? Is it because men are raised to be leaders and women are raised to be treated like eggs? That’s why women this days don’t respect a men or appreciate them
