Chapter 2

My eyes swarm in my head, I felt dizzy, I could see dots of blood in my vision, maybe it was real or maybe it was just my imagination.
I saw the pages of the book glow, it was as bright as seeing another sunlight through the book. I felt like throwing up and sleeping at the same time.
The last I saw was a butterfly that flew right through the book into my room, then I blacked out.

The atmosphere felt different, it seemed to be stuffy and static, different sounds came from different creatures in the surrounding. The sound of the waters seemed to arrange to form a rhythm, everything felt lively.
My eyes fluttered open, everything was different, I was absolutely not in my room. I stood up and surveyed my surrounding, I could see nothing familiar.
I shivered, "what happened?" I asked within me. My mind just repeated the question back to me.
I felt a lump in my throat, I hug my chest lightly. "Mommy?" I called out, expecting a response but the only thing I heard was the sound coming from the surrounding.
I dropped to the ground and sat with my legs crossed. I was scared. My head sank into my arms and I began to sob.
My thoughts flashed through my eyes. Mommy, daddy, granny, Brittany, George, Kevin and thevrest of them, I won't be able to see them again.
I sobbed quietly till I noticed a distraction. Twenty yards away, I noticed a movement. It was closing in slowly. I could feel my heart pounding against my chest.  My mind went blank with just two words on display, "something's coming".
It was about ten yards away when a figure came into view. It was a human being, it looked like a man (if it was a man, that would be the hugest man I've ever seen).
As he approached me, I began to see him clearly. He was extremely enormous, he was dark skinned and he was dressed in a fitted black suit.
"I am at the site and I just found something", he had a thick accent. He sounded calm and gentle, when an advice was given to him from the other end of the connection, I didn't really get it but I heard the last word, "here".
"Wh... where am I ?" I tried my best not to sound afraid.
The man smiled. Although that wasn't what I was expecting, but it kind of settled me a bit.
"I'm not going to hurt you... but just stay still", his tone completely rhymed with the next thing he did. He sedated me.
