1. Avoid holding your urine or fae!ce when you feel like using the toilet. A reflux of waste can lead to various disease such as Kidney nephritis, urinary tract infection mostly for ladies 😞

2. Avoiding placing your hand on the stair rail while walking. Most infection can be gotten through the hand so protect your hand as much as you protect your private part🥰.
