To all those who sit alone, with a whirlwind of thoughts consuming their mind.

The feeling of loneliness that  creeps in followed by a haunting presence that whispers our deepest fears, mistakes, and regrets. 

Taking pleasure in reminding us of the battles fought, the sacrifices made, only to still crash and burn.

We never wished to be alone, never thought or imagined it would be our constant companion.

But here we are, finding ourselves, grappling with the weight of loneliness.
