I've encountered this Path before, it's like I've been there before 

So evident, obscure and shallow, with an unknown destination 

Cries coming from all across the mistic gates

Emphasing the depth of its mystery, is it the beginning or is it the end

I've encountered this Path before, it's like I've been there before

Sending prayers from all over the world, from lost souls

In search of redemption, not just givers but sinners

As dawn falls, whatever we can't understand frightens us

I've encountered this path before, it's like I've been there before

I trust you understand, my deepest of sorrows, as I refrain to inflict my deepest pain upon you

Things may not be as it appears to be, thats why the river of illusion will forever keep flowing

A source from far above, the presence we seek and keep on believing

Scares deep as the blood that runs through our veins

In you I trust to believe, with me placing my faith in your hands

No matter what destiny awaits me, I will peacefully close my eyes and allow my soul to dwell in your presence

Quietly as I allow myself to remember this familiar path, not only because of the memory of it but because it is within that path where I choose to walk now.
