Sports and games include the activities that are cause of fun as well as they have a positive affect on our bodies and mental health.Sports may be indoor or outdoor.Both play a critical role in maintaining health of an individual. 1. INDOOR GAMES: Indoor games are those played within the periphery oh one's home.They may include badminton ,table tennis ,etc and many more they in these games a person is continually moving his or her muscle so there stamina is increased and its a way to relax our mind too from the hectic routines of life 2. OUTDOOR GAMES: Outdoor games include cricket , football,hockey, etc.These games also involve muscle movement and cause them to be strong Games provide a way to use one's time and energy in a positive sense. A person who is indulged in such positive activities is much more active and healthy than a person who don't play games .So in order to keep a healthy body, one should play
