Saint Jerome Church of Duenas, Iloilo
This beautiful church has a painful history. Townfolks were made to bring rocks from the mountains or eggs from the poultry. If they fail to comply, they were whipped under the instructions of the Spanish friars.
Saint Jerome was built in the 1600s and rebuilt in 1878.
