As one takes a walk through the streets of any Indian city, be it Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, the trappings of colonial rule are quite conspicuous. The people out at the street are often stereotyped as being shabby, unhygienic, poor, pathetic, illiterate and uncivilized in no unequal terms.  They are called the unorganized sector or the “India Uninc”.
