The United Nations Human Rights Office, OHCHR, has considered Zimbabwe’s Advocate Talent Rusere’s concern over Zimbabwe’s recurrence of disputed elections and increasing the probability that Zimbabwe’s 2023 elections will be supervised by the United Nations international body. The OHCHR said this Rusere had placed a detailed report of voter intimidation and massive coercion linked to Emerson Mnangagwa’s ZANU PF party.
