Pasigarbo sa Sugbo was

launched by Gwendolyn Garcia during her second term as governor in 2008 in time for the 439th founding anniversary. Each of the constituent cities and towns of Cebu province sends a dance contingent that performs a representation of their respective cultural festivals. It is the grandier festival event in the entire province cebu participated over 50 municipalities and cities.

It was a really unforgettable experience for me to dance at such a magnificent event, and I feel fortunate to be one of the Halad Inasal festival 2022 performers. It is an honor for me to represent the entire City of Talisay at the Halad Inasal Festival. Additionally, we took sixth placer.
