Could the Harvest Finance ecosystem be above Bitcoin in the next few years?

Despite the fact that Bitcoin is not going through its best moment this year, most investors in the Blockchain multiverse are clear that there is no better asset to protect themselves from inflation, calling it "Digital Gold". And incredibly the cryptocurrency given to us by Satoshi Nakamoto has had a much better performance than Gold this year and the last part of last year.

Could the Harvest Finance ecosystem be above Bitcoin in the next few years?

After reaching from the lowest to the highest in 2017 with a price of almost $ 18,000 and if that was not enough after hovering below $ 4,000 in 2019, Bitcoin climbed in 2020 to $ 31,000 and then incredibly passed $ 60. 000 in 2021 and then plummeting until today when I write this article to reach $29,820 (And it could continue to fall, as some predict that the bear market began... For me they are just speculators betting on the downside).

However, I was struck by an interview with Gabriel Boyer (co-founder of "NEWE SEGUROS" one of the largest agro insurers in Brazil), the entrepreneur assured that the future was not in Bitcoin, but rather in "organic food". Claiming the growth that this industry has had in recent years and adding the fact that it is the main agenda in the world. Feeding the entire planet in a healthy way, without side effects is one of the greatest desires of humanity today.

And since the organic food industry has expanded twice as much every 3 years in the last decade Gabriel Boyer's idea doesn't seem so crazy, obviously you can't compare a product with an expiration date with a product with a presumably unlimited life, however it must be understood that the Covid-19 pandemic made us focus on the things that really matter and this is when the fight between Bitcoin, Gold and organic food takes force.

From my perspective Harvest Finance, its main cryptocurrency and tokens represent organic food in a certain way in the Blockchain multiverse and it is certainly a project that could grow tremendously in the coming years by the simple fact of its very close relationship with agricultural activities.

Maybe we should consider starting to accumulate crypto projects from the Harvest Finance ecosystem over Bitcoin itself?
I don't know and even though I already started I would like to know your opinion in the comments.
