As the year 2023 draws to a close, the Offiong Ikpeme Foundation founded by the great leader, Hon. Offiong Ikpeme proudly celebrates the outstanding achievements of students who have not only excelled academically but have also demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial prowess.
