Don't you remember is a poem composed by Agu Sunday chidera He composed the poem in the shoe of parents that's are suffering from their breeds Sunday was trying to put them calm and remind them that parents are like the light in their life The way they suffered to see their children doing better is nothing something you will just overlooked that way Pay them back 🔙

Don't you remember

DON'T YOU REMEMBER

I am hungry

To make you happy

I cried inside

To see you smiling

Can't you remember

I tried my best

To make you the best

I got down my self

To see you elevating

Don't you remember

Don't you remember

That I was insulted

To make you proud

That I worked under the

infra red rays

Just to see you there

I did it all

To see you not like me

But like others outside

Making it and progressing

Have you forgotten

Have you forgotten

That my shoe is my Bank

That my bed is my wardrobe

That my bedroom is my kitchen

This arr just to see you

The way you are

Please don't

Am down

Not like before

Am happy to see the reality

If forgotten, remember.
