Review: I’ve completed 2 rounds of this program and my DL has went up a drastic 100 lbs with proper nutrition and sustaining from alcohol. I’ve done many programs but this one Is say is the best I’ve tried. I’m 43yo this year and still a beast and Ryan’s book has improved my performance greatly. It’s not expensive so get it and do it correctly without cheating and your deadlifts will get heavier and heavier just like mine did. Side note: I love to drink but if you’re serious about gains you need to stop it because you won’t grow too much no matter what program you use. Now go get some son! πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻

Very well written, and very detailed! Highly recommend!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and have found the training information very helpful. There is a lot of misinformation and speculation in the weight training community but this book gives examples of how someone in their fortys can achieve great strength gains drug free with free with determination and a sound training regime.
