Rovers FC emerged as the triumphant champions of the 2023 Cross River State FA Pre-Season Football Tournament, showcasing their exceptional performance throughout the competition. The team exhibited an impeccable record of five games played, all of which resulted in resounding victories. Their extraordinary goal-scoring prowess was evident, netting an impressive 15 goals while conceding just a single goal throughout the tournament. Their journey to glory included a convincing 3-0 win against Prince 7 FC, a 3-1 victory over May/Frank FC, a walkover against Diamond Stars FC, a remarkable 4-0 triumph against Essien Ayi FC, and a solid 2-0 win over May&Frank FC. Rovers FC's stellar performance was a testament to their dedication and skill on the field.
