4. Save the QBWUSER.ini.old file on your system.

After the QBWUSER.ini file is renamed, it’ll become usable for the software again. You now need to delete the entitlementdatastore.ecml file to ensure QBDT doesn’t stop responding again. 4. Right-click the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file inside the folder and click Delete.

5. Tap Yes in the dialogue for confirmation and close the file explorer.

6. Open QuickBooks again on your PC.
