The *Guinness world Record breaker* for the longest writing time, *Daniel Ehis Aiguokhian* today 13th day of October 2023 joins the honourable Commissioner for Youths Development *Barr Ijom Ukam* in the 8th edition of the weekly *"Pick Your Sweet Yes"* at the ministry's Headquarters, Michael Ani secretariat Complex Calabar, Cross River State. It is a weekly event domiciled in the youth ministry, where after delightsome sweets are being shared amongst staff members and visitors, a symbol of the season of sweetness in the ministry; raffle draw tickets are picked amongst staff members, and whoever picks the SWEET YES goes home with the sum of *Ten Thousand Naira (10,000)* to sweeten his or her weekend.

Remember that on *Ehis* successful GWR Write-A-Thon record breaking, that the honourable Commissioner made a statement of fact that the Youth Ministry will be appointing him as a consultant and also as a Youth Ambassador. *Daniel Ehis* first official or unofficial duty with the ministry is a significant one, as it goes on to depict the this administration's style of not just making verbose statements, but one that does her talks. According to the words of *Daniel Ehis,* *"i am here to say a big thank you to the man that boosted my morale and made me to believe that i can make it. The very first government official that associated with my dream when it looks most bleak; and he said to me, i sought you out even when i am not invited, this is because every positive talent means a lot to the Executive Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, and he is always ready to give platforms to those who wish to achieve their potentials. You said to me, as i leave you will get the needed traffic; and inspiring statement that gave me more legs, and here am i today."*

*Ehis* today did the presentation of the prize of *Ten Thousand Naira (10,000)* to the winner of the 8th edition of *Pick Your Sweet Yes,* *Mrs Eme Efa,* an Assistant Director in the department of Youths Development. *Mrs Efa* could not hold back but excitedly danced in celebration of her divine selection by fate that she emerged as the winner amongst many who anticipated to win the coveted prize. She went further to thank and acknowledge the magnanimity of *Barr Ijom Ukam* in introducing such a motivating and even unifying tool in the ministry; something that has never happen.

The honourable Commissioner on the other hand used the opportunity to once again harp on the need for staff commitment, to harness and circumspectly implement the *"People's First Agenda"* of the government of *Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu* which is centered on the "people." *Barr Ijom* emphatically admonished his staff members that, as staff of the youth ministry, they should be youth ambassadors in their various corners, from their families, neighborhood and the society at large.
