A recent study by MarkNtel Advisors states that the Saudi Arabia AI data center industry was valued at USD 0.61 billion in 2025 and is projected to grow from USD 0.75 billion in 2026 to USD 2.58 billion by 2032, registering a CAGR of 22.86% during 2026–2032. The industry’s development is being influenced by AI adoption, data center investments, cloud computing, advanced computing infrastructure, digital transformation, sovereign AI initiatives, and growing demand for high-performance processing.
AI Adoption Raises Infrastructure Requirements
The increasing deployment of generative AI and other advanced AI applications is creating greater requirements for computing power, storage, networking, and specialized processors. AI model training and inference require infrastructure capable of managing intensive workloads at scale.
